Sanlam will provide you with the necessary skills and support to become a BlueStar Principal Adviser. We run a training programme to equip you with all you need – and you’ll be able to run your business under Sanlam’s FSP licence. Please note that Sanlam is the product and financial services provider, and not the BlueStar business.
Our business model is aimed at the salaried and affluent market segments and consists of a professional and administrative division that provides services to participating advisers. A principal adviser may also take on associates to grow the business even further.

We offer a variety of contracts ranging from an employee contract (up to 85% of broker commission with added benefits) to a contract with maximum allowed broker commission.
