Account & Troubleshooting

To access your Wealth Bonus Dashboard, log in through the Sanlam Client Portal.

To log in to Wealth Bonus via the Sanlam Client Portal:

  1. Log in to Sanlam Client Portal
  2. Select Wealth Bonus Dashboard
  3. If prompted, complete the security check

When you first get Wealth Bonus, we’ll use your details from Sanlam Secure Services as your preferred contact details to send you notifications about Wealth Bonus. If you’d prefer to use different details, you can specify which details we should use to contact you about your Wealth Bonus.

You can update your contact details in the Wealth Bonus Dashboard.

To change your contact details:

  1. Log in to your Wealth Bonus Dashboard
  2. Click your initials in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Enter your email address and/or cell phone number
  5. Click Save

When unlocked money automatically pays out to you or when you withdraw unlocked money, your product provider will use the bank account details that you provided when you bought the product.

If you would like to change your bank account details, please contact your product provider.

To check which accounts we have on record*:

  1. Log in to your Wealth Bonus Dashboard
  2. Click your initials in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Select Bank accounts

*NOTE: This functionality is only available if you have unlocked money available to withdraw.
