This year, you’ve got three major race events to look forward to: the full 42.2km marathon on 17 October, and the 22km and new 46km trail run on 16 October.
You can participate in the 5 and 10km Peace Runs and 21.1km half marathon virtually. This means, whatever route you choose to run will transform into a virtual route, with our official app tracking you in real time. These will be held on the 16th of October – entry is free!
So whether your goal is to make it to the finish line of your first marathon or beat your best in a virtual run, putting down your goal is the first step to making it happen!
The next step to achieving your goals is preparation. This year, we’ve teamed up with Coach Parry to offer all runners FREE access to Coach Parry’s app and training plan. To access the app, you’ll need a unique voucher code which will be emailed to you when you register to run the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon.
