Report an estate
In the unfortunate event of a loved one’s passing, the details of his or her estate need to be processed correctly to give those left behind peace of mind. Sanlam has partnered with Sanlam Trust, a part of Capital Legacy Group and a Sanlam Associate, to offer you a range of fiduciary services, including an award-winning online service to report an estate. To help you through the process, please obtain all documentation beforehand, scan them onto your device individually and name them. This will ensure that you find the uploading process stress-free and easy to do.
Documents to be uploaded are as per the attached list. Please note that this list covers all possible scenarios, you only need to upload which is applicable.
