We’re looking for school-leaving learners who want to enrol full-time for one of the IT-related degrees below in 2024:

Technology degrees such as BCom, BSc, or BTech in

  • Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science

Degrees such as BCom, BSc, or BEng in

  • Data Science / Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
  • Statistics / Mathematics

After completing your studies, you’ll have the opportunity to join us and develop your technical, analytical, and business skills through working in teams within the Sanlam Business Intelligence and Group Technology ecosystems.

You can choose one of two routes:

  • If you are passionate about Data, you can grow your career in roles such as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or AI/ML engineer
  • If you are more interested in the Digital side of things, you can be utilised in roles such as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Test Engineer, Integration Specialist, or Architect

Academic results


To apply, we’ll need your:

  • Final 2022 Grade 11 results
  • Grade 12 mid-year 2023 results
  • An above 70% score in Mathematics and an overall A aggregate

Final grade 12 results may be used as a final deciding factor for consideration
