Wiz@rd-Online provides our clients with state-of-the-art retirement fund administration processes and member communication tools via the Internet. Wiz@rd-Online is an Internet-based system, available to retirement funds that are administered by Sanlam Employee Benefits. By using Wiz@rd-Online, clients can streamline the administration of their retirement fund considerably, eliminate tedious amounts of paperwork and have instant access to member information. Access to Wiz@rd Online
A pin-code for each user will ensure the confidentiality and security of member information.
The following levels of access are available on Wizard-Online:
Administrator/Broker
Full access to all member records of a specific fund with the ability to do transactions to all or limited members.
Viewer
Limited access to all or limited members of a specific fund without transaction capabilities
Member access
Access for each member of a specific Fund is allowed with Trustee approval and the cost for this will be negotiated with the Fund. The following functionalities are currently available to users on Wizard-Online:

View up-to-date, abbreviated, member benefit statements;

View member information;

Ability to enter new members on the fund;

Ability to exit members from the fund on withdrawal or retirement;

Submitting death claim information;

Ability to execute individual investment choices;

Ability to change member information;

Trace all transactions on a history log/audit trail;

View monthly reports relating to member data;

View documentation relating to the Fund i.e. Rules and Policies;

Electronic communication;

Ability to upload monthly, member data;

A Retirement Benefit Calculator demonstrating expected benefits at normal retirement date in nominal and real terms as well as an expected shortfall at this date. It also demonstrates the effects on these values if a member wishes to retire earlier or invest additional money in the Fund;

Access to Death Benefit Calculator in terms of which the allocation of death benefits by retirement fund trustees (in accordance with section 37C of the Pension Funds Act) are given much greater structure and legal certainty. The calculator calculates the maintenance needs of each dependant and allocates the benefits in accordance with pre-determined criteria, providing trustees with detailed information in terms of which they can exercise their discretion;
