Middle Office

Middle Office is an independent support function to the respective Front Office areas. Its main focus is to provide quality, timely and meaningful profit and loss and risk information to the operators and management.

Human Resources

The Human Resources department supports our strategy of “Optimising Human Capital”, through targeted interventions. It provides recruitment, remuneration, performance management, employment equity, training and development and regulatory services to the businesses within the company.

Information Services

The Information Services (IS) department provides IS strategy development; business analysis, solution design and sourcing; architectural and information management; IS governance; systems design, development and maintenance; and IS infrastructure services to the company.

The Information Services Department is divided into four business units:
