Sages (South African Golfing Ambassadors Society) is a society of senior golfers. They have two requirements for membership: a player has to be over 50 and a member of an affiliated golf club. Sages presently has 3 000 members throughout the country. Their national tournament attracts the country’s top 360 senior golfers.
Sages Senior Golf has a particular interest in prostate cancer and raises an average of R300 000 p.a. at the various Sages cancer golf days.
The 2010 Nationals will be played from 19-23 April 2010 at Richard's Bay and Empangeni Golf Clubs.
