Rules of the fund

The rules of the fund is the contract between the fund and its members/pensioners.  The contributions and benefits payable are calculated in terms of the specifications in the rules of the fund.

Management of the Fund

PF 130 is a circular issued by the Financial Sevices Board require from all funds to have certain governance policies, e.g an Investment Policy statement, communication policy, policy on pension increases etc.
