A minimum daily balance of R200 must be retained in the account at all times.

The ATM daily cash withdrawal limit is automatically set at R2 000.  You may request an increase in this limit to a maximum of R5 000 per day, by contacting our Client Contact Centre at 0860 LIQUID / 0860 547 843.

The Point-of-Sale purchase limit is automatically set at R10 000 per day. You can arrange for the limit to be increased to R500 000 by contacting our Client Contact Centre at 0860 LIQUID / 0860 547 843.

It’s advisable that you manage your daily limits at the minimum required to ensure that access to your investment funds is restricted in case of attempted fraud. You should request increases in the daily limits only when you plan on making a large purchase or withdrawing a large cash amount. Decrease the limits again once you’ve completed the transaction.

As your account is accessed via your debit card, transactions can only be authorised if you have sufficient funds available in your investment account to meet the fee and the transaction amount.
