Financial Journalism Awards

The Financial Journalism Awards was launched in 1974 to reward excellence in financial journalism.  It honours the indispensable role of the financial journalist in modern business life and the high standards required by this profession - in particular integrity, diverse knowledge and insight, responsibility and judgement.

The competition is open to bona fide journalists in South Africa, in the full-time employment of any media group or who are mainly dependent on freelance journalism for their livelihood.
