How do I access Secure Services?

Secure Services, our online service that enables you to view your portfolio online, is accessible here: https://secureservices.sanlam.co.za. To see all the online services offered within the Sanlam Group, click on "Sanlam Group Online Services" at the top left of the page, or go there.

 

How do I subscribe to / unsubscribe from a newsletter?

The Newsletter section can be accessed from the icon at the top right of the page, or click here.

To subscribe to a newsletter:

  • Select the checkbox next to each newsletter that you would like to subscribe to
  • Enter your first name and surname in the fields provided (this is optional)
  • Enter your email address and confirm it again in the fields provided (this is required)
  • Agree to our terms and conditions
  • And then, click SAVE!
  • You will automatically be subscribed to the selected newsletters.

To unsubscribe to a newsletter:

  • Deselect the checkbox next to each newsletter that you would like to unsubscribe from
  • Enter your first name and surname in the fields provided (this is optional)
  • Enter your email address and confirm it again in the fields provided (this is required)
  • Agree to our terms and conditions
  • And then, click SAVE!
  • You will automatically be unsubscribed from the newsletters you have deselected.

You can also unsubscribe after receiving a newsletter, by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the end of the email. You need to be online to do this.

How do I check if I'm still a Sanlam client?

You can contact our Client Contact Centre. Please have your ID number handy.

 

I can't find a product I bought years ago, on your website. What does that mean?

Don't worry! You still own the product, and it offers same benefits and features as when you purchased it. It just means that Sanlam is no longer actively marketing the same product as yours. We regularly update our product offering, in line with the latest market trends and, to prevent confusion, the names of our products tend to change as well.

 

I have a query about an existing policy. What do I do?
