Because of the challenging skills requirements mentioned above, we take every appointment very seriously. Hence our lengthy but thorough selection process:

  • A pre-screening questionnaire

  • An initial interview of 1 hour

  • A panel interview of 1 hour 

  • A psychometric assessment of 4 hours
