Remuneration and Recognition

Sanlam believes in rewarding effort, not only in financial terms but also through recognising achievement.

What you'll earn depends on how much of an income risk you're prepared to take: you can choose between a contract paying 100% of commissions only, and one of several other fixed monthly income packages plus proportionate commission percentages. You can also move from one remuneration package to another.

We also reward our top achievers through several recognition initiatives, monthly and annual bonuses and awards. Every year, we invite Sanlam's top performers to a sales conference either locally or overseas to hear experts interpret business today in an insightful and entertaining manner.
