| Anton Raath: Chief Executive |
Anton was appointed chief executive in January 2005. He is a chartered accountant with higher diplomas in Accounting (University of Witwatersrand) and Tax Law (University of Cape Town). Anton has extensive experience in the investment world. He started his career at Ironside Greenwood before joining Southern Life in 1983. In 1996, Anton was appointed director: business services at Southern Asset Management. Two years later, he took up the role of their chief operating officer. He was appointed head of retail at Gensec Asset Management in January 2000. Later that year he was appointed deputy managing director and chief operating officer at Sanlam Investment Management. In 2002, Anton was appointed MD of Sanlam Private Investments while continuing to fulfil his role as COO of Sanlam Investment Management. He held these positions until appointed as chief executive at Glacier.

| Marcel Bradshaw - Managing Director: Glacier International |
Marcel Bradshaw was appointed managing director of Glacier International in January 2010. He is responsible for spearheading international sales within Glacier. He works closely with Andrew Brotchie (Head: Products & Investments at Glacier International) to ensure a synergy between the product development and marketing functions. Marcel has over 10 years' experience in international investments and was previously at Old Mutual. He has a B.Com LLB and is a qualified attorney.

| Johann de Wet – Head: Business Solutions |
Johann has been part of the business for over 10 years and has played an important role in the development and vesting of Glacier as a company. He holds a B.Sc (Actuarial Science) from the Rand Afrikaans University. He was involved in the design and setting up of our initial product range in South Africa and Namibia. In his role as head of Business Solutions, Johann oversees the Product Development, Business Analysis and Legal teams, which aim to enhance the range of financial solutions available to investors as well as introduce specialist products tailored for specific economic/regulatory/market circumstances.

| Jean Lombard – Head: Business Integration & Research |
Jean was appointed Head of Business Integration & Research on 1 January 2009. Prior to joining Glacier, he worked on various strategic projects within Sanlam Personal Finance and has held senior roles at Sanlam Multi Manager International and Sanlam Personal Portfolios. His key responsibility at Glacier is to ensure that the company has appropriate solutions with which to serve the affluent market as well as the necessary advice strategies and tools through which to deliver these solutions to the market. As a result, he will be working closely with financial intermediaries. In addition, he provides strategic leadership to the well known Glacier Research team, the Marketing team as well as the Fiduciary Service function within Glacier. Jean is a qualified Actuary.

 | Werner Lotriet – Head: Sales and Distribution |
Werner holds an M.Comm: Human Resources Management: Industrial Psychology from the Rand Afrikaans University and an MBA from the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business. He has acted as an HR Consultant for Sanlam IT, Sanlam Collective Investments, Sanlam Personal Portfolios, Sanlam Trust, Finance and Marketing. He was appointed Head of HR at Glacier in 2001. In 2009 Werner assumed responsibility for both the national sales and the investment-focused distribution teams. |

| Garry Wilford – Head: IT |
Garry was appointed at Glacier on 1 July 2004. He has over 20 years of varied experience in the financial services industry through the Old Mutual group, followed by three and a half years at executive level in the IT services industry. He completed an MBA degree through the Potchefstroom Business School. His background includes information systems strategy, development, business process design and the creation and leadership of several new business ventures in the financial- and information services industries. He has also facilitated and led several organisational change initiatives. He leads the company's IT team.

 | Nomzamo Ngqulana-Kasana – Head: Human Resources |
Nomzamo was appointed Head of Human Resources on 1 September 2010. She holds a BA (Hons) in Educational Psychology, a BA (Degree) in Psychology from UWC as well as a Higher Diploma in Education. Prior to joining Glacier, Nomzamo was head of Human Resources for the 2010 FIFA World Cup Local Organising Committee and was involved in formulating HR strategy initiatives for Clicks Centralised Distribution Centre, Musica and the Discom brand.

| Michelle Möller – Head: Client Services |
Michelle was appointed in May 2005 as Head of Client Services. She holds a BA (English and Psychology) and H Dip Journ, both from Rhodes University. Her responsibilities include the Communication Centre, Operations and Investment Administration. Before joining Glacier she worked for the online bank 20twenty for four years, where she was responsible for the contact centre and all aspects relating to customer experience. She gained her extensive experience in the life insurance industry while working at Norwich Life (which became part of the Fedsure Group) for eight years.

| Ignatius Hagglund – Head: Finance |
Ignatius was appointed as Head of Finance in August 2011. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds Higher Diplomas in Taxation and International Taxation. After completing his articles at PWC, he joined the Sanlam group in 2007 as an Investment Principal and thereafter worked in Corporate Finance where he gained experience in valuations and transaction structuring. In this role he was also exposed to Glacier's business strategy. His key responsibility at Glacier is to lead the finance team and to work closely with the different departments as well as various business units within the Sanlam Group, in developing and implementing the business strategy.
