Appointed Chief Executive of Strategic Projects 2013. At present, he serves on the boards and various committees of Santam, Sanlam Investment Management (SIM), Sanlam Emerging Markets (SEM) as well as the subsidiary boards of SEM in Botswana and Kenya.

He previously worked for Sanlam in an executive position and in addition, he also independently serves on the board of Credit Guarantee and as President of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.
