“SHM, formed in 2007 and a wholly owned subsidiary of Sanlam Limited”, operates in the medical scheme administration industry and is recognized by the South African Council of Medical Scheme’s. SHM currently administers BESTmed medical scheme and the Chartered Accountants Medical Aid Fund after merging with Eternity Private Healthcare in May 2010. The establishment of SHM enable’s Sanlam to provide a holistic financial solutions offering to all its clients.
