Since its inception in 1965 the Sanlam Art Collection has built up a proud legacy of collecting and exhibiting. From the outset the founding principles of the Collection included the imperative to share with fellow South Africans the rich treasures thatSanlam had been able to acquire. This exhibition is a continuation of what has becomea well-entrenched tradition.
