Human Resources Committee Charter

The Human Resources Committee (“the Committee”), which is a committee of the Board of Sanlam Limited (“Sanlam”) is responsible for the Group’s intellectual capital. The Committee consults with the Sustainability Committee regarding the personnel transformation process.
