We all have the right to work in a positive fraud-free environment and with that right, comes the responsibility of acting in an ethical manner and letting the appropriate people know if someone is not acting appropriately. By working together, we can maintain a healthy and productive environment.

Incidents reported on this site are sent directly to the Forensic Services management team and only they have access to these reports.

When you call the anonymous line you are not required to give your name or any personal details.

Sanlam does not provide any monetary compensation for tip off’s.

It is recommended that you use the anonymous reporting facility that is independently managed by a third party.

Unfortunately these are a reality and occur from time to time. The more substantive information provided to us allows us to conduct a meaningful investigation. When reports are sent with unsubstantiated allegations and a lack of evidence, it will not be pursued any further.

Generally an investigation is confidential and takes some time to complete so in most cases information relating to the investigation will not be available to the person who made the tip off.
